Backend Tooling - SAAS Application
During my tenure at Williams Sonoma, I took the initiative to modernize our backend Order Management Platform by integrating Google's Material Design principles. Understanding the importance of a seamless user experience, I demonstrated how a fully responsive application could significantly enhance customer interactions across all devices. Through targeted presentations and workshops, I effectively communicated the necessity of this shift to traditional stakeholders, illustrating how mobile-first design not only catered to current consumer behavior but also positioned the company competitively in the market. This approach not only empowered my team but also fostered a culture of innovation within the organization.

I was hired to lead the UX for Williams Sonoma’s Order Tracking and Management Systems. I am now leading a lean team of two Sr. UXers to roll out a fully responsive Material Design application.
• Responsible for integrating Williams Sonoma’s legacy tracking software into their new platform.
• Leveraging Material Design library to roll out a fully responsive application and maintain its ever evolving Material UI for CCUI library.
• Designed and maintained the CCUI Human Interface Guidelines (CCUI HIG) for all CCUI user interface standards.
• Currently rolling out a new Global Alerts & Notifications system for CCUI.
