
As AT&T expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of companies with diverse backend systems, the integration of these platforms became a critical focus. One significant initiative was the development of a unified platform for Hard Rock, aimed at creating a streamlined and robust e-commerce single checkout system. To enhance the user experience, I designed the e-commerce checkout flow for ordering the U-Verse product, carefully addressing the complex challenges related to field coordination and scheduling. Extensive usability testing was conducted throughout the process, allowing us to identify and optimize pain points, streamline user interactions, and ultimately create a more efficient and user-friendly checkout experience.
