ID Resolution is a common problem across many corporate enterprises. Every company is solving this issue independently - using 3rd party companies to develop costly solutions. AWS intends to streamline this effort with in a single application which will comply with the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) regarding consumers privacy. This was a fast-tracked 6 MONTH tier 1 project. I was able to be an integral part of launching this new AWS Service within our tight limeline.

FEB 2019 – OCT 2019

Pioneering the initial framework for PRIME VIDEO’s content curation platform, our small team focused on improving the operators workflows to curate content for the Prime Video online experience - standardizing the experience first, then adding the support of Live Events. The overarching goal was ZERO TOUCH publishing, where all backend content curation would be fully automated, and operators would only need to manage emergency interventions.
